Restoring Family History
A few years ago my grandmother presented me with a number of negatives of her grandmother's family dating back to 1916, asking me if I could scan the images in order to preserve them. I decided recently to undertake a project to not only digitize them but to completely restore the images and process them as they would have likely been printed back then. Each negative was scanned at an extremely high resolution in order to capture every bit of detail, then meticulously restored to remove nearly 100 years of abuse.
